Totara Disability Services is hiring an Enrolled Nurse to join our Hamilton team.
About Totara Disability Services
Totara Disability Services is a family-owned aged care and community support business based in Hamilton. Founded in 2017, we run 1 location in the Waikato and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.
About the role
You will run activities and wellbeing programmes or lead a home support team: planning the calendar, coaching newer caregivers, handling client feedback and making sure every visit meets the care plan and the funder's standards.
What you will bring
Two plus years in a care setting with some team leadership. Diversional therapy qualification or Health and Wellbeing Level 4 an asset. Strong planning and communication skills. Full driver licence for community roles.

Required Qualifications
- Health and Wellbeing Level 3 or 4, or Enrolled Nurse registration with current APC
- Strong written and verbal communication with families and clinicians
- Satisfactory Police vetting
- Confident with care planning software
